Shipping Services

We intend to get your product to you as quick as is possible. Most of the items for sale on the site are small in nature so will be posted to you in a protected bag and normal parcel post or express if asked for. The larger units will be shipped  according to size and weight.

Everythingfocustronic.store will pay the freight and charge Purchaser for shipping and handling charges.

Australia post Road Standard services from $10.00 Australia Wide (4-7days)
Australia post Road Express services from $16.00 Australia Wide (1-3 Days )

Tracking numbers will be provided by email on all shipping items with in 3 hours of been sent.

Please note: Due to Covid, estimates on deliveries can take longer than expected.

Product weights on the “Cart” Invoice" page are for shipping purposes and may not be the actual weight of the item. Where possible we have included the actual weight of the product in the product description.

Purchaser assumes all risk of loss during delivery of the Products by Everythingfocustronic.store to the carrier. In the absence of instructions to the contrary, Everythingfocustronic.store, on behalf of the Purchaser, shall exercise its own discretion as to the method of shipment to be used and the selection of the carrier but shall not be deemed thereby to assume any liability in connection with the shipment nor shall the carrier thereby be deemed an agent of Everythingfocustronic.store.

 

Out of Stock Items or Pre-Order Items

Out of stock items will either be refunded or alternate items offered for exchange. As we are a physical store sometimes it is impossible to ensure products are available at time of order.

Pre-Order items will be ordered in and sent upon arrival to our store

 

Shipping overcharges

Any orders that shipping is overcharged, you will be refunded the difference within 24-48 hours

Terms of Payment

Except as otherwise stated in any attachment, terms are net due upon purchase. Payment methods accepted are Direct Deposit, Paypal(Subject to +3% Paypal Fees), Buyer shall pay invoice with in 5 days before the order is terminated to free up allocated stock.

Paypal and credit card fees can be passed onto the customer at 3%. Direct deposit payments may take 1-2 days to clear dependent on banks or credit unions processing times
